STUDENT MEMBERSHIP
Students are required to have membership in the U.S. Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation to receive a promotion certificate.
Students can test one time without being a Federation Member for 9th Gup. However, if you pass your 9th Gup test without being a Fedederation Member, you will receive your 9th Gup stripe, but you will not receive a
promotion certificate.
After your 9th Gup promotion, you must be a Federation Member in order to be eligible to test again.
